The Company locally known as FMCS was incorporated in October 2013 with the Securities & Exchange Commission of the Philippines. It was established as a Service Provider of submarine cable services. Today FMCS has the following capabilities:
- Desktop Studies & Marine Route Surveying
- Logistic Support Services
- Shore end Cable Landings and Cable Terminations
- Submarine Cables and Pipelines Underwater Protections
- Recovery, Rerouting and Relaying Submarine Cables
- Trained Cable Crew, Deck Hands and Divers Resources
- Supply of Fabricated Split Pipes and Anchor Clamps
- Management and Maintenance of Cables, Accessories and its associated Equipment
- Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) & Shore-End Civil Works
- Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) and Local Government Unit Permits Acquisition Services
- Outside Plant Services, Cabling and Beach Manhole Construction
- Supply of Cable Ship (CS Vega and ROV)
